ESPORTS MARKETING AGENCY REDD+E MERGES WITH REGIONAL ESPORTS CLUB TEAM FLASH

Singapore, 30 August – Singapore based Esports marketing agency, Redd+E, has announced a strategic merger with Team Flash, Southeast Asia’s leading profession Esports organisation. This merger marks a significant milestone in the esports industry, combining Redd+E’s expertise in esports marketing and event management with Team Flash’s strong competitive presence across the region. The merger will see both organizations leveraging their synergies, with Team Flash continuing to manage its esports teams under its banner, while Redd+E will focus on its agency operations, including media rights and event management. Additionally, Redd+E plans to expand into esports education and enhance its community outreach efforts. The agency will also be announcing its involvement in the BLAST Premier World Final 2024, scheduled to take place in Singapore from 30th October to 3rd November. In the new structure, Yip Ren Kai, Co-founder and Managing Director of Redd+E, will continue to helm the agency and focus on expanding its regional footprint. Joanne Tan, Conference Director at Redd+E, will take on the role of overseeing events management, and assume a new role as regional marketing at Team Flash.

Established as a four-time champion in Cambodia’s esports scene, Burn Gaming will now operate under the new name Team Flash KH. This rebranding further strengthens Team Flash’s global presence. Team Flash KH will manage two teams, including the all-female Team Flash Violet in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). Team Flash KH has also inaugurated its new office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia today. This marks the first official office for a Cambodian esports team, featuring a merchandise showcase. The opening was attended by senior representatives from Team Flash KH’s sponsors, including Smart, Honor, and Legend Cinema.
